HISTORY
The corner of west side of 25th Street and K Street is not included in the Historic District. It is occupied by the Claridge House Cooperative (950 25th St.), which has annexed the adjoining 1957 apartment (940 25th St.). The building was designed by architects Corning & Moore. The combined co-op buildings contain 352 studio and one bedroom units.
The corner hosted apartment buildings and/or residences.
