HISTORY

There is a small vacant lot at the beginning of the iconic row of Nos. 1-7 Snows Court. It has been vacant for many years, and likely was never the site of a brick house. In 2020, the Historic Preservation Review Board approved a plan to construct a new three story house on the site. Some excavation occured in April 2024, with additional work in October 2025. The site was originally known as 0 Snows Court, but has been assigned a street number reflecting its location behind 25th Street.
