This site is occupied by The 925 Apartments, built in 1959 as one of the earlier apartment buildings in what is now the Historic District. In 1959, Marshall Coyne, the developer of Washington's Madison Hotel, bought the property in Snows Court and built the 925 (25th St.) Apartments. The same entity owns Nash's Stable (920 Snows Court) and the Zip Car Lot to the south of the stable. The nine-story building has approximately 160 studio and one bedroom rental apartments.
