No. 915 is a brick house with two stories and two bays and matches the house next door at No. 917. Originally, this area had three buildings, the one at lot 131 has been demolished. The house has a box cornice bordered by ornamental brackets topped by finials at connections of the building. The first floor window is wider than the second floor windows (all with stone lintels). The entry door is set off line of the windows. The house features Flemish bond brick work. Originally, there was a set of three houses, but the house at 919 25th street was demolished and is now a vacant lot.

Nos. 915 and 917 25th were built in 1909 by E.T. Grinsmond, with architect A.H. Beers, for Harry A. Kite. Kite and Beers collaborated on a number of building projects during that time period (including 2512-2518 I St.). Over his career, developer Kite was responsible for constructing over 1,400 houses and apartment buildings in the D.C. area.
