Archictect A. Goener designed this semi-detached brick house, which was built in 1957. It is three stories tall. The second level has a large projecting bay window, with copper roof and base, flanked by small oval windows. The front stairway leads to a courtyard entrance, over a garage. In 2022, it was a 2 bed, 3.5 bath 2,395 sq ft, house with a private courtyard
