History
The cluster of houses at 8-20 Snows Court were designed and built in 1884 by Oliver Cox for developer Edwin Greer. The central upper window is an unusual in this row of houses. Nos. 10-20 are simple two-story rowhouses, with doors at ground level. The buildings end without a cornice. The houses were renumbered in the 1950s.
Resident Robert Harris was "an Assistant Professor of Law at G.W. specializing in torts and procedures and she (Mrs. Harris) teaches a special class for brain injured children at University Park, MD"
